1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery time:

• Germany: 3–7 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before your order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at contact@roomvo.de so we can assist you.

In cases where a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@roomvo.de as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged package and product. We will review the situation and assist you with the next steps.
